Where Is the Data Manager In Safaricom?
There are two ways to access Data Manager in Safaricom:
1. Through the USSD code
Dial *100# and press the send button. Select My Account, then Check my usage and balance. Opt for Manage My data Usage followed by the option Don’t Browse without a data bundle. My Data Manager options will appear.
2. Through the MySafaricom App
Download the MySafaricom app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Sign in to your account and select Data Manager from the menu.
Data Manager allows you to do the following:
- View your current data usage and balance.
- Set alerts so that you are notified when you are nearing the end of your data bundle.
- Pause your data usage so that you can save data.
- Choose which apps can use data and which apps cannot use data.
- Block data usage for certain apps.
Data Manager is a useful tool that can help you manage your data usage and save money.
