This topic may raise some disagreements about different earnings between a woman and a man. In most undeveloped statesa man receive a better payment for their work than a woman, but in some states is well known that sometimes a woman may earn double than a man. Of course the payment depends on some big factors like time, the kind of work you do, the position you ocupy in your firm, etc. I don't want to make any discrimination but are cases in which a man own a job that a woman can never do, and this will bring a different payment, are you agree with me?

It really depends on the job itself and the establishment. Sometimes men and women earn the same and sometimes they do not. Yeah I do believe that there are some job SOME women may not get if it involves heavy physical labor and they are not fit or if the job is gender specific. I am not saying women are weak and can't do construction work, I'm just saying it really depends on the employer themselves and the establishment.
