Losing weight

    How do you workout, do you go to gym or workout at home. Which is better working out all dieting to loose weight,why is it so hard to loose weight?

    I always take long walks. Walking helps me lose weight though I don't walk with the intention to lose weight.

    Stress makes me lose weight faster because I lose appetite and can't eat. For your case, you can drink warm water mixed with natural lemon juice. Taking one glass in the morning can help.

    Reduce the cooking fat you use while cooking food. Avoid deep fried foods and focus on vegetables. Cabbage helps in losing weight faster. Eat watermelon and avocado. Drink water. :D
