Healty food or junk food?

We create our life style and we are responsible for it. The food we eat will define our health, so we need to eat healthy food cooked in our home and not the junk food. We are also responsible for our kids, who constantly ask food from McDonalds or KFC. If we will educate our kids what is healthy to eat maybe they will avoid fast food.
When we cook in our home and use more natural ingredients we offer a meal full of nutrients and vitamins, and this is a healthy food!

Yes we all need to eat healthy but cook something that you like. What is the dish
I'm looking at? I wouldn't want to eat that
either. Threat the kids to McDonald's every once in awhile. When they do some
    thing good.

That is pea food without meat, but it can be cooked with chicken meat if you wish, and the taste is better! The food we cook in our home is tasty and healthy. Is true that once in a while we should take our kids to KFC or McDonalds maybe once a month would be enough!
Maybe our kids dissagree us now but they will be thankful later, I am sure!

One of my favorite book that I often go through on a daily basis is called 'Guide to Natural Remedies' by Enrique Garza.
    He states, in an introduction-

''When we provide the body with foods that contain many toxins and few natural nutrients, the body fills up with poisons that inhibit its proper functioning as well as impede healing. Therefore, it is highly recommended, in the majority of cases, to submit oneself to a detoxification process based on fasting before any treatment. The elimination of red meat from our diet and eating more fruits and vegetables is a great help in keeping the body clean of impurities.''

So red-meat can really get us to ''The trouble of fasting before detoxifying ourselves/treatment.'' Another good way is through much-water-intake! You see how you usually take a good shower that makes you feel so clean and fresh, on the outside? Yah, that's how water does on your inside! It cleans up your alimentary canal/ digestive system that well!

Right, we are responsible for our own health. I would like to say that I am a healthy person and eat plenty of nutritious meals, but in actuality I eat a lot of junk food. I am just not that much of a cook to be honest and eating junk food like burgers and pizza is a bit more convenient for me.

I always prefer healthy home cooked food. But at the same time, I like to pamper my taste buds at least once in a week. It is usually on Sunday when I prefer to eat out.

Otherwise on weekdays I go for simple, basic and nutritive home cooked food only. My biggest concern in eating junk food on regular basis is immediate weight gain which is then hard to shed off. This is the main reason why I stick to normal food.
